While Bulldog On-Site Solutions had humble beginnings moving only small tool room equipment nearly 20 years ago, we have steadily evolved to encompass all types of machinery in our processes; and over the last decade have honed in distinct and efficient practices that allow us to specialize in the complete installation of automated assembly lines and robotic cells. We now proudly boast to be a preferred installer for some of the industry’s largest integrators, and we have put our name in the foundation at factory’s all over the country doing what we do best…turn-key installations!
Complete (or Turn-Key) installations require not only the understanding of the job itself, but of the critical dynamics that both the integrator and manufacturer face to get them built, shipped, and operational on the plant floor. So, working with the number of integrators that we do has allowed Bulldog to develop models of efficiency that pull these dynamics together to ensure all requirements are met on the floor for an on-time delivery, and power up.
Whether the automation lines are built in advance on the integrators floor for later disassembly and shipping, or are designed as “cold builds” with the first-time assembly to be on the manufacturers floor, the basic components of the jobsite build are essentially the same…and we accelerate in all areas. Bulldog has developed models of efficiency that pull all of these dynamics together to ensure that requirements are met, the project is executed, and that we continue to provide on-time deliveries of fully built lines back to our customers.
While the components of these builds and installations may be universal, every project and plant has its own distinct challenges and considerations, and quite frankly…nobody does it better than Bulldog. We are an integrators best friend when it comes to installation as we embrace that we are only an extension of their efforts, and therefore we are a part of their team from the first day of the build, all the way through delivery to their customer.
